By booking a service through Ontario Inc, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your property, the nature of the issue, and your contact details. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate agreements, or cancel requests at our sole discretion if false or misleading information is provided.

All quotes and estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information provided by the customer. The final price may vary if the professional discovers unforeseen complications upon on-site inspection. We will always communicate any changes in pricing and require your approval before commencing work. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking.

Payment is due upon the satisfactory completion of the agreed-upon work unless other arrangements have been explicitly made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized digital payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee (typically $50-$100 depending on the service), to compensate our professionals for their lost time and travel.

You agree to provide our professionals with safe, unencumbered access to the work area. It is your responsibility to secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items from the immediate work area prior to our arrival. Ontario Inc is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

We guarantee the quality of the workmanship provided by our professionals. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 48 hours of completion. Warranties on parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our service warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, subsequent modifications by third parties, or natural disasters.

In no event shall Ontario Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
